What farm would be complete without the honest opportunity to get your hands dirty? Owners are encouraged to be involved with either the planting, pruning or picking of any of the vegetables, fruits and wildflowers from the various gardens that also supply produce for Chef John Fleer’s Canyon Kitchen and his innovative southern Appalachian creations. The hens are also active, offering plenty of eggs to share.
